Making Changes in the New Year

It’s a new year and that means time for resolutions and change. I’ve heard a lot of talk in the past few weeks about the high rate of  ‘resolution dropouts’ and the reasons for it. To me, the answer is obvious: Overwhelmingization (n.) The act of being overwhelmed by trying to reorganize your life by improving your health, your relationships and your weight.

In order to help you NOT suffer from this malady, now and then I’m going to give you a simple thing to do for YOU this new year. Baby step your way through your resolutions without becoming a victim of overwhelmingization.

Today’s tip:

TAKE YOUR VITAMINS.  Vitamin D 1000mg—I take 4 each day  AND Vitamin B complex—I take 1-2 each day (your urine will be bright!)
