Diagnosing CCSVI: Step 1

C—Chronic
C—Cerebro-
S—Spinal
V—Venous
I—-Insufficiency
Today I took a road trip to Dr. Mehta’s, Vascular Group, Albany, NY, to have a doppler sonogram done of my neck. The results showed an increased velocity in both internal jugular veins, which indicates venous compromise. Now the next step is a return visit for a venogram, which remains the gold standard to diagnose CCSVI.

I wanted to post all the particulars but somehow lost a whole section of writing.  Now I’m  just too tired to rewrite it all. Tomorrow, I’ll post more, God willing.
